After 27 minutes, Beag Holt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Walshtown and the Galaktikos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Severiano Matos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beag Holt in the 36th minute of the match. Beccan Cassin kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After having played for 46 minutes, Liam Ferguson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galaktikos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liam Ferguson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mao Xun Mo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brett Ghee having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After having played for 52 minutes, Liam Ferguson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galaktikos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Liam Ferguson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Walshtown defense, Liam Ferguson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brett Ghee. The Walshtown fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brett Ghee should have stopped the shot. Severiano Matos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beag Holt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Liam Ferguson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rollin Crowe hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Galaktikos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Biviti Frankson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Galaktikos's Rollin Crowe suffered a fractured collar bone after 76 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Don McPaul charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Don McPaul the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 77th minute, Don McPaul hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severiano Matos came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Walshtown's Biviti Frankson. But to his dismay, Biviti Frankson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. In the 84th minute, Galaktikos's Liam Ferguson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Liam Ferguson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Galaktikos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Liam Ferguson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The supporters of Galaktikos booed when Walshtown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Don McPaul didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Mao Xun Mo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brett Ghee saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mao Xun Mo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Walshtown's Beccan Cassin got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Walshtown players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
