Spectators: 7994 (Terracing: 5997, Seating: 1838, VIP seats: 159) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Beccan Cooney made the kick off which started today's match. Bailey McPhilip made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beccan Cooney in the 5th minute of play. When Beccan Cooney came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Baltovin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beccan Cooney couldn't finish the play. When Baltovin's Beccan Cooney in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zamolxian Academy's goalie prevented a goal. Bailey McPhilip came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Baltovin's Beccan Cooney. But to his dismay, Beccan Cooney quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Beccan Cooney in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bailey McPhilip prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Baltovin getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Harry Dillon hit a great ball. Bailey McPhilip took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beccan Cooney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Beccan Cooney came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Baltovin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beccan Cooney couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Beccan Cooney ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bailey McPhilip was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 32nd minute Beccan Cooney shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bailey McPhilip saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bailey McPhilip came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Baltovin's Beccan Cooney. But to his dismay, Beccan Cooney quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. If Beccan Cooney had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Shea McAaron to strike the kick off in the second half. Beccan Cooney kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 57thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Zamolxian Academy's keeper Bailey McPhilip was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Bailey McPhilip made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Beccan Cooney sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 61 minutes, Beccan Cooney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baltovin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beccan Cooney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Zamolxian Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Beccan Cooney came free, but Bailey McPhilip reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Beccan Cooney managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baltovin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beccan Cooney was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baltovin's Baine Horgan got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Zamolxian Academy's Bailey McPhilip got control of the ball when Beccan Cooney tried to sneak it across the goal line. Beccan Cooney sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 minutes, Beccan Cooney made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Zamolxian Academy's Bailey McPhilip tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 81st play minutes Beccan Cooney shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Bailey McPhilip and just under the crossbar into goal. Bailey McPhilip didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Beccan Cooney went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Beccan Cooneys short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Bailey McPhilip to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 94th match minute, Zamolxian Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bean McLaughlin to maneuver through the defense. Baltovin's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 96th minute of the game, when Baine Horgan after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Zamolxian Academy's goal. Baine Horgan was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Baltovin's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
