Seating: 1850, VIP seats: 160) After a defensive mix-up in Batterstown's zone, Beolagh McFrank stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beacan Savic came out of the goal and Beolagh McFrank tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Britt Myler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Britt Myler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Dublin BG Tigers defense, Britt Myler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brayden Branson. The Dublin BG Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brayden Branson should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Britt Myler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Brayden Branson was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Beolagh McFrank's late challenge caught a Batterstown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beolagh McFrank helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Dublin BG Tigers's Beolagh McFrank got a free kick in the 17th minute. Britt Myler took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brayden Branson. Brayden Branson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Brasil Ryan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beacan Savic read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Heron McSteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th play minute Colm Prunty came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Beacan Savic. 1-2. The supporters of Dublin BG Tigers booed when Batterstown was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berkeley Delaney didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breffni McBrand kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Dublin BG Tigers's Brayden Branson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heron McSteve in the 41st minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brasil Ryan to make the kick off. When Britt Myler came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Batterstown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Britt Myler couldn't finish the play. In the 66th match minute, Dublin BG Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ryan Gough to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, Britt Myler notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Dublin BG Tigers's Brayden Branson. Brayden Branson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Dublin BG Tigers defense, Britt Myler kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brayden Branson. The Dublin BG Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brayden Branson should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, Britt Myler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colm Prunty received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Beacan Savic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Batterstown getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Fiachra Benson hit a great ball. Brayden Branson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Britt Myler in the 89th minute. The Dublin BG Tigers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Batterstown's performance. The match ended with a win for Batterstown.
