After a rather tough play, FC Kocury's Breen Walker got a free kick in the 29th minute. Cáirbre Frankson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Illanbaun Utd's Cleary Mulvihill shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Shea John got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for FC Kocury. Eamonn McVictor hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Bow McGlenn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cáirbre Frankson. FC Kocury's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bow McGlenn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Cáirbre Frankson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bow McGlenn in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Illanbaun Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Begley McNamara to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Illanbaun Utd's Pat Harkin got control of the ball when Gearalt Prunty tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aubrey Keegan kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the game, Jarlath MaCollin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Kocury's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Illanbaun Utd the free kick. After 84 played minutes FC Kocury got a freekick which was hit by Jarlath MaCollin. Cáirbre Frankson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleary Mulvihill, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Kain Doyle was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. FC Kocury's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
