Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000,
Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clonarrow's goalkeeper Finnigan Silke, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 1-0 became the score in the 8th minute when Bradley Palmer elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Don McSteve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevion Dillon hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Clonarrow's Finnigan Silke got control of the ball when Don McSteve tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Branson McDonald in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Terrence Johnson saved Cavetown from getting behind. In the 31st match minute, Cavetown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Banan John to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the game, Bradley Palmer recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Finnigan Silke. Bradley Palmer showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Clonarrow's Finnigan Silke proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Clonarrow from getting a goal against them. Cavetown's Terrence Johnson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Branson McDonald in the 42nd minute of play. Branson McDonald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The wind increased when Bradley Palmer made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Don McSteve in the 53rd minute of play forced Clonarrow's goalkeeper Finnigan Silke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Clonarrow getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Bera McTommy hit a great ball. Bradley Palmer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Finnigan Silke having to interfere. Bradley Palmer blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Finnigan Silke having to make a save. Tipper McTom charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tipper McTom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tipper McTom hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Finnigan Silke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Don McSteve in the 59th minute of the match. Don McSteve's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Finnigan Silke read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the match, Cavetown's Bradley Palmer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Finnigan Silke narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Clonarrow's goal looked a bit too open when Bradley Palmer came free, but Finnigan Silke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cavetown's Don McSteve got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Terrence Johnson made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Tipper McTom sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Bradley Palmer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavetown's supporters rose to their feet, but Bradley Palmer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Finnigan Silke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Donall Hutton kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Clonarrow's Finnigan Silke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Don McSteve in the 88th minute of play. Don McSteve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Clonarrow getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tipper McTom hit a great ball. Beatty MaCollin charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beatty MaCollin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Beatty MaCollin kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Cavetown's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
