Royan Ryan made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Ding Dong sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Foxfield getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Darren Mullan hit a great ball. After 5 minutes, Pearce McLian mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bono and the Foxfield players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes Bono got a freekick which was hit by Pearce McLian. Royan Ryan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pearce McLian in the 17th minute of the match. Quinn Moran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Braoin McPeter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pearce McLian in the 27th minute of play forced Foxfield's goalkeeper Royan Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ding Dong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Royan Ryan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Ding Dong left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bono fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Braoin McPeter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quinn Moran in the 34th minute of the match. Braoin McPeter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Quinn Moran in the 36th minute of play. Quinn Moran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bono's Pearce McLian in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Foxfield's goalie prevented a goal. If Ding Dong had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Quinn Moran made the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Foxfield got a freekick which was hit by Darren Mullan. With a little luck, Bono's Braoin McPeter got control of the ball when Baoithin Tierney tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pearce McLian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Royan Ryan having to interfere. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Foxfield's goalkeeper Royan Ryan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pearce McLian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Royan Ryan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Pearce McLian left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bono fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Royan Ryan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pearce McLian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tirloch McBrandon's late challenge caught a Bono's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tirloch McBrandon helped the player get up and apologised. Pearce McLian might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Royan Ryan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pearce McLian ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pearce McLian in the 85th minute of play forced Foxfield's goalkeeper Royan Ryan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Baoithin Tierney fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Foxfield's protests and gave Baoithin Tierney a yellow card for diving instead. Baoithin Tierney kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quinn Moran got free with Braoin McPeter in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Foxfield's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Bono had won, even though Foxfield had held more of the ball.
