Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Boru McJames kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brady Murphy got free with Brann McNamee in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Killashee's Boru McJames in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bellanamore's goalie prevented a goal. In the 13th minute, Bardan Sheridan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boru McJames recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Conor Costello blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ros Horgan having to make a save. In the 19thth minute of the game Conor Costello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bellanamore's Ros Horgan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Killashee's Carrigan MaCollin got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some careless play in the Bellanamore defense, Boru McJames kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ros Horgan. The Bellanamore fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ros Horgan should have stopped the shot. Conor Costello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boru McJames received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ros Horgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boru McJames might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ros Horgan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boru McJames ran back to his position shaking his head. Baydan McTommy kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Ros Horgan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boru McJames, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. If Conor Costello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Conor Costello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kealan McJon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Brady Murphy struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Brann McNamee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bellanamore. In the 55th minute of the match, Conor Costello got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ros Horgan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ros Horgan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boru McJames, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Ros Horgan managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Killashee's Conor Costello fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Killashee booed when Bellanamore was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Finian McCollion didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Killashee's Berchan Dalton tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Bercnan Gollogley hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Boru McJames got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brann McNamee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kealan McJon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bardan Sheridan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Brann McNamee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Boru McJames cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ros Horgan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Killashee's Boru McJames ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ros Horgan. Ros Horgan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. A collision led to Killashee getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Carrigan MaCollin hit a great ball. Boru McJames received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Ros Horgan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boru McJames fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ros Horgan having to interfere.
