Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gordan Martyn kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute Barde Doyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Caoilte Mullan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 6th minute by Breen Martyn got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Breen Martyn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Churchvilla's supporters rose to their feet, but Breen Martyn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caoilte Mullan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Declan McWillie came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Ballinakill AFC's Gordan Martyn. But to his dismay, Gordan Martyn quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Declan McWillie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Rutherford in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Ballinakill AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conleth Brennan to maneuver through the defense. Declan McWillie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andrew Rutherford in the 19th minute of the match. Ballinakill AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Baydan Frankson in the 21st minute. In the 21st minute, Boyce Todd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Breen Martyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Caoilte Mullan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes in the game, Barde Doyle fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Caoilte Mullan having to interfere. In the 36thth minute of the game Gordan Martyn who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Churchvilla's Declan McWillie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Churchvilla's Declan McWillie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gordan Martyn in the 38th minute of play. If Breen Martyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Churchvilla booed when Ballinakill AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donavon Harkin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gordan Martyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Declan McWillie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Churchvilla players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ballinakill AFC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Breen Martyn made the kick off in the second half. Caoilte Mullan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breen Martyn in the 60th minute of the match. Sameer Hamilton hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ballinakill AFC booed when Churchvilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bearchan McFrank didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 minutes, Boyce Todd mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballinakill AFC and the Churchvilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ballinakill AFC's Boyce Todd got a free kick in the 71st minute. Breen Martyn scored 1-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Caoilte Mullan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Ballinakill AFC booed when Churchvilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biddy Hughes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Declan McWillie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gordan Martyn in the 82nd minute of the match. If Gordan Martyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
