Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Blathma Cassin kicked off to start the match. Aengus Cassin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aengus Cassin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ailín McLaughlin came out and tried to block the shot, but Aengus Cassin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Oldleighlin AFC's Rowley Kirby got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as TheIdealAttack's Aengus Cassin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ailín McLaughlin. That made the score 2-0 after 15 minutes of play. In the 19thth minute of the game Blathma Cassin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TheIdealAttack's Randal McSteven was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Beckett Hunt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Randal McSteven was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute Blathma Cassin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Randal McSteven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rowley Kirby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Oldleighlin AFC's Blathma Cassin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Randal McSteven narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rowley Kirby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Randal McSteven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Aengus Cassin made the kick off in the second half. Blathma Cassin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Randal McSteven having to make a save. Beale Costello hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TheIdealAttack! In the 64th minute, Darrick Ryan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes Oldleighlin AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rowley Kirby. With his leg Randal McSteven managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Oldleighlin AFC's Rowley Kirby fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, TheIdealAttack's Beale Costello got a free kick in the 70th minute. Rowley Kirby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Randal McSteven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rowley Kirby succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-4 in the 81st playminute. Oldleighlin AFC's Blathma Cassin got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Rowley Kirby put it in 2-5 from a short distance just to the right of Randal McSteven. Randal McSteven came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Oldleighlin AFC's Rowley Kirby. But to his dismay, Rowley Kirby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. When the match was over Oldleighlin AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than TheIdealAttack throughout the match.
