Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rian Ramsey started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baiste Cassin during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Baiste Cassin kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Oliver Doyle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Breffni Benson. Ballylangley's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oliver Doyle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. TheDaffyDuck's Donegan Costello played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bodibeua Walker in the 12th minute of play. Donegan Costello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bodibeua Walker in the 14th minute of the match. Donegan Costello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Art Frankson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute, Banon Dunne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ballylangley fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Donegan Costello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Banon Dunne in the 20th minute of the match. Rian Ramsey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Breffni Benson having to interfere. If Rian Ramsey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ryon Martyn might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Breffni Benson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ryon Martyn ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 28th minute Bodibeua Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donegan Costello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baiste Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Breffni Benson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute Bodibeua Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donegan Costello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TheDaffyDuck were furious when Baiste Cassin was red carded, 33 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 35th minute there was a penalty for Ballylangley. Donncha Keegan stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Donegan Costello. 1-2. 38 minutes into the game, Ballylangley's Art Frankson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donegan Costello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 42nd minute Bodibeua Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donegan Costello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ballylangley fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Ballylangley's Art Frankson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Bodibeua Walker put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Donegan Costello. In the 57th minute, Bodibeua Walker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donegan Costello was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. In the 64th match minute, Ballylangley was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brecc Morrison to maneuver through the defense. Oliver Doyle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Breffni Benson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Bodibeua Walker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Donegan Costello made a huge save. A collision led to TheDaffyDuck getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Rian Ramsey hit a great ball. If Ryon Martyn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Art Frankson during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes Ballylangley got a freekick which was hit by Art Frankson. Donegan Costello came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Ballylangley's Art Frankson. But to his dismay, Art Frankson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7. Oliver Doyle struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Breffni Benson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TheDaffyDuck. Bodibeua Walker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Donegan Costello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Oliver Doyle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Ballylangley players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
