Danann McCready showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brain Walker in the 7th minute of the match. 9 minutes into the game, Henry McPaul cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bean Dempsey was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brain Walker during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Bunnagippaun was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brain Walker to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th match minute, Up The Dubs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braden McNamee to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Up The Dubs's goal looked a bit too open when Brain Walker came free, but Danann McCready reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brain Walker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danann McCready having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Bearnad Jameson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Brain Walker came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Bunnagippaun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Brain Walker couldn't finish the play. Danann McCready took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bragan McWillie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Bunnagippaun's goal looked a bit too open when Henry McPaul came free, but Bean Dempsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Henry McPaul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bean Dempsey was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Henry McPaul scored 0-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bean Dempsey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The wind increased when Henry McPaul made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Up The Dubs's Henry McPaul got a free kick in the 53rd minute. If Brain Walker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bevin Callaghan's late challenge caught a Bunnagippaun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bevin Callaghan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Up The Dubs's Bevin Callaghan got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute, Brain Walker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danann McCready was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 72nd minute Rowe Morrison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danann McCready saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danann McCready showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brain Walker, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the game, Up The Dubs's Henry McPaul nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bean Dempsey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Danann McCready made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brain Walker in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Up The Dubs's goal looked a bit too open when Rowe Morrison came free, but Danann McCready reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brain Walker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Danann McCready tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry McPaul took the ball and in the 98 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bean Dempsey. Bean Dempsey dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Up The Dubs walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
