Carrigdangan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damian Dalton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Carrigdangan's Conn Lavine got a free kick in the 7th minute. Kevinn Horgan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Dalton in the 14th minute of play. Tomás Branson hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Carrigdangan's goalkeeper Kevinn Horgan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kevinn Horgan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barde Silke, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute.
