Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rowe Morrison made the kick off which started today's match. Rylee Hughes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brain Walker in the 7th minute of the match. Bean Dempsey made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Batt Grant sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th match minute, Glanoe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bressal McGlenn to maneuver through the defense. In the 12th minute Brain Walker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rylee Hughes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bean Dempsey made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Eoghan McWilliam sent off a good shot on target. Batt Grant who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Bean Dempsey when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 22 minutes into the game, Bunnagippaun's Brain Walker nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rylee Hughes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Glanoe's Batt Grant got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 30 minutes into the match, Bunnagippaun's goalkeeper Bean Dempsey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Batt Grant. Bragan McWillie took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rylee Hughes. Rylee Hughes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Comhghall McCready was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 34th minute of the game. One of Glanoe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bunnagippaun:s goal. The referee gave Bunnagippaun a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Brain Walker, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Glanoe's Rylee Hughes. 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Eoghan McWilliam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Glanoe's supporters rose to their feet, but Eoghan McWilliam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bean Dempsey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Bunnagippaun's goal looked a bit too open when Bressal McGlenn came free, but Bean Dempsey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Bunnagippaun were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bressal McGlenn was the one to do the kick off. When Bressal McGlenn came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Glanoe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bressal McGlenn couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Glanoe's Barra Cronin got a free kick in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Glanoe's goalkeeper Rylee Hughes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bragan McWillie. After 58 minutes, Bradley McJohnny mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Glanoe and the Bunnagippaun players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Glanoe's Bressal McGlenn got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bragan McWillie in the 63rd minute of play forced Glanoe's goalkeeper Rylee Hughes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Bunnagippaun's Barin Hamilton got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Bressal McGlenn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bean Dempsey was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. 70 minutes into the match, Glanoe's Eoghan McWilliam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bean Dempsey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Eoghan McWilliam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eoghan McWilliam charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eoghan McWilliam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rowe Morrison could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Rylee Hughes made a huge save. Bressal McGlenn sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barra Cronin hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Rylee Hughes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Barin Hamilton. Rylee Hughes made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Bragan McWillie sent off a good shot on target. Bunnagippaun's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
