Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the match, Letterlough's goal looked a bit too open when Aubrey Robinson came free, but Roland Dimson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baiscend Frankson in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roland Dimson saved Letterlough from getting behind. Limerick AFC's Pearson McLian got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finn McJohn in the 8th minute of play forced Letterlough's goalkeeper Roland Dimson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute Damian Dalton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quinn McBjarton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rollin McFrancise during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rollin McFrancise kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Letterlough's goal looked a bit too open when Baiscend Frankson came free, but Roland Dimson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Letterlough booed when Limerick AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pearson McLian didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Letterlough's Reidy Lavine in 17 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Quinn McBjarton guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Roland Dimson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baiscend Frankson, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Geoffrey Ramsey hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Donavon Walker kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Roland Dimson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pearson McLian in the 26th minute of play. Peter McOliver charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peter McOliver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Letterlough getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Peter McOliver hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Gill Holt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roland Dimson was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. When Gill Holt got free in front of the goal in the 29th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Roland Dimson was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 33 minutes of play, Limerick AFC's Baiscend Frankson made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roland Dimson was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Limerick AFC's Baiscend Frankson in 37 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Roland Dimson guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Roland Dimson came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Limerick AFC's Baiscend Frankson. But to his dismay, Baiscend Frankson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Roland Dimson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baiscend Frankson went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The Letterlough players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Limerick AFC were winning 0-3.
Quinn McBjarton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barde Silke in the 51st minute of the match. Reidy Lavine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baiscend Frankson took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roland Dimson. Roland Dimson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Baiscend Frankson in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roland Dimson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Baiscend Frankson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roland Dimson. That made the score 0-5 in the 61 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pearson McLian in the 66th minute of play forced Letterlough's goalkeeper Roland Dimson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Eoin Callaghan fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Letterlough's protests and gave Eoin Callaghan a yellow card for diving instead. 68 minutes into the match, Baiscend Frankson notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Letterlough's Roland Dimson. Roland Dimson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pearson McLian during the 73rd minute. After 80 played minutes Limerick AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gill Holt. Reidy Lavine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 played minutes Letterlough got a freekick which was hit by Bodibeve Glen Crowe. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baiscend Frankson got free with Roland Dimson in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 92 minutes into the game, Baiscend Frankson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Roland Dimson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Limerick AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
