Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Donn McSteven started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Killasser FC's Beehan Ghee played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donn McSteven in the 5th minute of play. After having played for 12 minutes, Donn McSteven managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caheradrine's supporters crossed their fingers, but Donn McSteven was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Lewis McAlphie fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Killasser FC's protests and gave Lewis McAlphie a yellow card for diving instead. Lewis McAlphie kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Donn McStevens short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Beehan Ghee to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Killasser FC's Berach McNamee quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ros Barrett, made in the 37th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Killasser FC's zone, Barney Grant stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beehan Ghee came out of the goal and Barney Grant tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Peyton McNamee took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ryleigh McLaughlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berach McNamee struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Peyton McNamee didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Killasser FC. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ryleigh McLaughlin to strike the kick off in the second half. Ros Barrett hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Killasser FC's zone, Donn McSteven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beehan Ghee came out of the goal and Donn McSteven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Caheradrine's Boynton Rutherford got a free kick in the 58th minute. Bhrighde Coyle kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Ros Barrett made in the 68th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eamonn McWillie however managed to control. 69 minutes into the game, Ryleigh McLaughlin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Killasser FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caheradrine the free kick. The supporters of Caheradrine booed when Killasser FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ryleigh McLaughlin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donn McSteven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Beehan Ghee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donn McSteven's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Beehan Ghee read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Donn McSteven received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Beehan Ghee tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caheradrine were furious when Theobald Caffrey was red carded, 80 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Killasser FC booed when Caheradrine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theobald Caffrey didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Killasser FC's goal looked a bit too open when Donn McSteven came free, but Beehan Ghee reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Bhrighde Coyle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
