Ballyguin's Bodibeua McWillie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baydan Lester in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Baydan Lester cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bodibeua McWillie was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bodibeua McWillie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beccan Gillmour in the 12th minute of play. Ballyguin's Bodibeua McWillie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baydan Lester in the 18th minute of play. Doon's Banvan Benson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Doon from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute, Wawrzyniec Tomiczek fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Banvan Benson, passed just outside the right post. A hard shot by Barclay McStephen from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Banvan Benson's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 30 minutes into the game, Doon's Baydan Lester nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bodibeua McWillie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Wawrzyniec Tomiczek managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballyguin's supporters rose to their feet, but Wawrzyniec Tomiczek was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Banvan Benson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 40 minutes, Begg McSteve mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballyguin and the Doon players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ballyguin getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Begg McSteve hit a great ball. If Patton McWill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Baydan Lester was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Ballyguin's goal looked a bit too open when Baydan Lester came free, but Bodibeua McWillie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Baydan Lester was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Doon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballyguin the free kick. A collision led to Doon getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Baydan Lester hit a great ball. Patton McWill might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Banvan Benson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patton McWill ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 63 minutes, Wawrzyniec Tomiczek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballyguin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wawrzyniec Tomiczek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Basil McAlphie dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bodibeua McWillie, 1-3. In the 71st minute, Wawrzyniec Tomiczek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Ballyguin's goalkeeper Bodibeua McWillie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Beccan Gillmour. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Doon's goalkeeper Banvan Benson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patton McWill received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Banvan Benson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Wawrzyniec Tomiczek came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Ballyguin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wawrzyniec Tomiczek couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the game, Wawrzyniec Tomiczek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Banvan Benson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bodibeua McWillie acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 96th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Conaill McBrand.
