A collision led to Moyvane FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Gerald Moran hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ballyguin's Arthur Robinson got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th match minute, Ballyguin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barclay McStephen to maneuver through the defense. Barram Tracy struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Bodibeua McWillie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moyvane FC. Bodibeua McWillie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barram Tracy in the 28th minute of the match. Wawrzyniec Tomiczek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thom Mullan having to interfere. Thom Mullan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wawrzyniec Tomiczek, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Ballyguin's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Barclay McStephen in the 38th minute. The corner led to Ballyguin's Blathma Duggan getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 40th minute Barram Tracy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bodibeua McWillie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Brendon Scully made a precise shot to the right of Bodibeua McWillie. Ballyguin's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Patton McWill made a kick off. When Patton McWill came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Ballyguin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patton McWill couldn't finish the play. Heron McBjarton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Ballyguin's Coran McDecland got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Moyvane FC's Heron McBjarton broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 73rd match minute, Ballyguin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Robinson to maneuver through the defense. Bodibeua McWillie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barram Tracy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur Robinson hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 82nd match minute, Ballyguin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Coran McDecland to maneuver through the defense. If Brendon Scully had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Barram Tracy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bodibeua McWillie. The goal made the score 0-2. 89 minutes into the game, Dane McFrank was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ballyguin's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moyvane FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ballyguin's Dane McFrank got a free kick in the 89th minute.
