In the 7th minute Rylee Hunt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tate McLiam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Harkin in the 9th minute of play forced Ballintemple's goalkeeper Tate McLiam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ballintemple's Tate McLiam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rylee Hunt in the 13th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bow McPeter got free with Boynton Harkin in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Pierce Ryan fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballintemple's protests and gave Pierce Ryan a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ballintemple's Pierce Ryan got a free kick in the 18th minute. Tate McLiam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rylee Hunt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Gearalt Palmer had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Bannan McBrand hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. With a little luck, forgotten Town's Boynton Harkin got control of the ball when Bow McPeter tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, forgotten Town's goal looked a bit too open when Bow McPeter came free, but Boynton Harkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to forgotten Town getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Desmond Barrett hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the game, Ballintemple's Bow McPeter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boynton Harkin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 37th minute, Ballintemple's Brandon Deery dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Tate McLiam didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brann McWilliam went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Ballintemple's Tate McLiam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rylee Hunt in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bow McPeter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Brandon Deery managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballintemple's supporters rose to their feet, but Brandon Deery was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boynton Harkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Boynton Harkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bow McPeter in the 53rd minute of the match. 56 minutes into the game, Ballintemple's Bow McPeter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Boynton Harkin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Brandon Deery struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Boynton Harkin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballintemple. Bannan McBrand kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Bercan McCollion took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Boynton Harkin. forgotten Town's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 65 played minutes forgotten Town got a freekick which was hit by Gerard Harkin. Ballintemple's Brandon Deery got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ballintemple's Tate McLiam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brann McWilliam in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bow McPeter in the 75th minute of play forced forgotten Town's goalkeeper Boynton Harkin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boynton Harkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bow McPeter, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in forgotten Town's zone, Bow McPeter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boynton Harkin came out of the goal and Bow McPeter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bivadi MaCollin kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Ballintemple could leave the field as winners, despite forgotten Town having more of the ball for most of the match.
