Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) forgotten Town's Brann McWilliam got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Gerard Harkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Gilian Mullan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Damhliag's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilian Mullan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boynton Harkin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in forgotten Town fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! After 16 minutes, Rylee Hunt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the forgotten Town and the Damhliag players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, forgotten Town was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rylee Hunt to maneuver through the defense. If Braddon Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leon McBrand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gerard Harkin went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Damhliag getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gilian Mullan hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Harkin in the 33rd minute of play forced Damhliag's goalkeeper Leon McBrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Damhliag's Gilian Mullan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Boynton Harkin. Boynton Harkin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 43rd minute, Damhliag's Bera Savic seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bera Savic the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Damhliag protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bera Savic had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 45th minute there was a penalty for forgotten Town. Bree Jameson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leon McBrand. 1-3. After 48 minutes of play, forgotten Town's Gerard Harkin made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leon McBrand was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Braddon Rutherford was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Damhliag's goal looked a bit too open when Brann McWilliam came free, but Leon McBrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Desmond Barrett left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The forgotten Town fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Braddon Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Boynton Harkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gerard Harkin got free with Leon McBrand in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donal Mulvihill hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Gerard Harkin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Braddon Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bivadi MaCollin hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Beckett John recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Braddon Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Boynton Harkin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Damhliag's Leon McBrand got control of the ball when Gerard Harkin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Desmond Barrett took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leon McBrand. Leon McBrand dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-6.
