Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Breasal Gillmour kicked off to start the match. Bedilia McSteve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breasal Gillmour, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Binne Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Jack McAlphie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sandyford's goalkeeper Bedilia McSteve, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Shiel Frankson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Binne Cassin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jack McAlphie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Aspire Alligators Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Shiel Frankson came free, but Jack McAlphie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Breasal Gillmour came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Aspire Alligators Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Breasal Gillmour couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute, Breasal Gillmour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aspire Alligators Academy's Jack McAlphie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Binne Cassin in the 27th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Aspire Alligators Academy's zone, Shiel Frankson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jack McAlphie came out of the goal and Shiel Frankson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 33rd minute Shiel Frankson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jack McAlphie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daithi Doyle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpected shot in the 35th minute by Daithi Doyle got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 40 minutes, Binne Cassin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandyford's supporters crossed their fingers, but Binne Cassin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomás McDonald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Daithi Doyle came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Aspire Alligators Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daithi Doyle couldn't finish the play. If Breasal Gillmour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Binne Cassin made the kick off in the second half. If Binne Cassin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th play minute Shiel Frankson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jack McAlphie. 0-1. Bedilia McSteve came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Aspire Alligators Academy's Daithi Doyle. But to his dismay, Daithi Doyle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jack McAlphie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Binne Cassin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Binne Cassin lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Jack McAlphie. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Beltany McLian put in a rough tackle. 78 minutes into the game, one of Sandyford:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Aspire Alligators Academy. Bec McGlenn stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bedilia McSteve. 2-3. Breasal Gillmour sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shiel Frankson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desmond Dillon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Jack McAlphie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shiel Frankson might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jack McAlphie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Shiel Frankson ran back to his position shaking his head. 98 minutes into the match, Aspire Alligators Academy's goalkeeper Jack McAlphie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shiel Frankson. Sandyford's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
