Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Torna Quinnless started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Inverin's goalkeeper Bar Martyn, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Inverin booed when Coolumber was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berrigan Colwell didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 11 played minutes, Inverin's Donavin McGlynn shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gearóid McJon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Inverin reached it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torna Quinnless got free with Gearóid McJon in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inverin's Bar Martyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brakawn Gough in the 15th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Royan McNamara during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gearóid McJon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bil Ryan in the 24th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Inverin's Torna Quinnless slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gearóid McJon. That made the score 1-0 after 24 minutes of play. When Inverin's Torna Quinnless in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Coolumber's goalie prevented a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torna Quinnless got free with Gearóid McJon in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bar Martyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scot McBjarton in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breccan Dempsey in the 37th minute of play forced Inverin's goalkeeper Bar Martyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bar Martyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brakawn Gough in the 39th minute of play. Bar Martyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brakawn Gough, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Begg McBrand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coolumber's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inverin the free kick. After a rather tough play, Coolumber's Begg McBrand got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Inverin's Brecc Willson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gearóid McJon but with some difficulty. Brakawn Gough took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bar Martyn. Bar Martyn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Breccan Dempsey to strike the kick off in the second half. Bar Martyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breccan Dempsey in the 58th minute of play. Todd Coyle charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Todd Coyle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 59 played minutes Inverin got a freekick which was hit by Todd Coyle. In the 65th minute Todd Coyle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gearóid McJon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Coolumber booed when Inverin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torna Quinnless didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bar Martyn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Logan Hunt in the 70th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Inverin's Todd Coyle got a free kick in the 70th minute. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Breccan Dempsey took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Bar Martyn to make any attempt to save it. Inverin's Bar Martyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scot McBjarton in the 77th minute of play. After 78 minutes, Torna Quinnless mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inverin and the Coolumber players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Inverin's Torna Quinnless got a free kick in the 78th minute. Bar Martyn made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Brakawn Gough sent off a good shot on target. Bar Martyn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Scot McBjarton showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 82 minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Todd Coyle notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Coolumber's Gearóid McJon. Gearóid McJon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Inverin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Coolumber were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
