In the 31st minute Beglan McBjarton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breannain Gallagher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brenden Scully might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan Jerzyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brenden Scully ran back to his position shaking his head. After 36 minutes of play, Eskerboy's Timothy Prunty made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Jerzyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Eskerboy getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Brenden Scully hit a great ball. Breannain Gallagher showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beglan McBjarton, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Breannain Gallagher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hewney McJohn went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Breannain Gallagher successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 84 minutes into the game, Independente F.C's Baran McPhilip nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Breannain Gallagher made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Eskerboy's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Beglan McBjarton scored to the left of an out of position Breannain Gallagher, making the score, 1-7. Eskerboy's Breannain Gallagher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baran McPhilip in the 92nd minute of play. Breannain Gallagher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beglan McBjarton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Independente F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
