Benmore's Blathmac Ferguson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacey Gillmour in the 5th minute of play. After 7 played minutes Baine Moran rounded Durrus's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. The audience was convinced that Jack Gollogley's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blathmac Ferguson was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. Benmore's Blathmac Ferguson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacey Gillmour in the 14th minute of play. Blathmac Ferguson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Comhghall McJohnny in the 16th minute of play. Blathmac Ferguson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacey Gillmour, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Blathmac Ferguson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Buach Lester, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st match minute, Benmore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bil Ferguson to maneuver through the defense. Blamhac McGlynn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baine Moran in the 34th minute of play. Blathmac Ferguson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacey Gillmour, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Benmore's Blathmac Ferguson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cacey Gillmour in the 48th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cacey Gillmour made a kick off. When Berke Glen Crowe fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Benmore's protests and gave Berke Glen Crowe a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Benmore getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Berke Glen Crowe hit a great ball. In the 54th minute of the match Buach Lester sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Blathmac Ferguson skillfully saved the ball. Comhghall McJohnny came free with the goalkeeper in the 58th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Blathmac Ferguson could save by the left post. 59 minutes into the match, Jack Gollogley dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Blathmac Ferguson, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jack Gollogley in the 62nd minute of play forced Benmore's goalkeeper Blathmac Ferguson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute, Keelin McCready hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Berke Glen Crowe was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. In the 70th minute, Jack Gollogley fired a really elegant long shot, but Blathmac Ferguson threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. 80 minutes into the game, Jack Gollogley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Blathmac Ferguson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 85th minute, Durrus's Cacey Gillmour dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Salmon Ghee's late challenge caught a Benmore's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salmon Ghee helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th match minute, Benmore was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Banbhan McJon to maneuver through the defense. 91 minutes into the match, Buach Lester dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Blathmac Ferguson, 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Durrus left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Benmore.
