Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Brennon McIan started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Teigue McPeter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Colmcille Frankson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pearse Beckett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Beara Glen Crowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kealan McNamara's late challenge caught a Portleen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kealan McNamara helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Drumaville was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kealan McNamara to maneuver through the defense. Portleen FC's Colmcille Frankson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bailey Cooney in the 15th minute of play. Colmcille Frankson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bailey Cooney went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Coileán McLiam took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Beara Glen Crowe to make any attempt to save it. Drumaville's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Brennon McIan scored to the left of an out of position Beara Glen Crowe, making the score, 2-1. Conor Ramsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Beara Glen Crowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bera Callaghan during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Drumaville's Teigue McPeter got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teigue McPeter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Colmcille Frankson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bailey Cooney in the 57th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Drumaville's goal looked a bit too open when Pearse Beckett came free, but Beara Glen Crowe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Drumaville's Bera Callaghan got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pearse Beckett in the 65th minute of play forced Drumaville's goalkeeper Beara Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colmcille Frankson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teigue McPeter in the 66th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conor Ramsey in the 68th minute of play forced Drumaville's goalkeeper Beara Glen Crowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bera Callaghan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. Bera Callaghan hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute, Conor Ramsey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 77 minutes, Brennon McIan made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Drumaville's Beara Glen Crowe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Conor Ramsey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 82nd minute, Brennon McIan made a precise shot to the right of Beara Glen Crowe. Drumaville's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. After 86 minutes of play, Portleen FC's Bevin Todd made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beara Glen Crowe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teigue McPeter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Beara Glen Crowe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Brennon McIan went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Portleen FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
