Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5875, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bar Savic kicked off to start the match. In the 4th minute, Bar Savic left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fiddown fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Fiddown's goal looked a bit too open when Danann Frankson came free, but Peter McPaul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bar Savic in the 13th minute of play forced Dublinworthy United FC's goalkeeper Riley McWilliam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bar Savic hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Dublinworthy United FC's Denny McLiam got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bar Savic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Riley McWilliam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Fiddown's zone, Timothy Rutherford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter McPaul came out of the goal and Timothy Rutherford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Dublinworthy United FC defense, Bar Savic kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Riley McWilliam. The Dublinworthy United FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Riley McWilliam should have stopped the shot. Fiddown's Peter McPaul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timothy Rutherford in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dublinworthy United FC's zone, Aodh McOliver stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Riley McWilliam came out of the goal and Aodh McOliver tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th minute Bar Savic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Riley McWilliam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Timothy Rutherford made the kick off in the second half. After 50 minutes, Timothy Rutherford mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dublinworthy United FC and the Fiddown players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes Dublinworthy United FC got a freekick which was hit by Timothy Rutherford. In the 57th minute Denny McLiam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter McPaul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Riley McWilliam successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Riley McWilliam was a little too slow when Bar Savic got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-3. Peter McPaul took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denny McLiam, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Riley McWilliam was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bar Savic showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 70 minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Fiddown's Bar Savic sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Riley McWilliam narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dublinworthy United FC's goalkeeper Riley McWilliam, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 95th match minute, Dublinworthy United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bil Savic to maneuver through the defense. Fiddown played a much better game than Dublinworthy United FC and deserved their victory. The Dublinworthy United FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
