Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bar Savic took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Fiddown got a freekick which was hit by Bar Savic. After 5 minutes, Baoithin Bayes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ballyconry and the Fiddown players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, Ballyconry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baoithin Bayes to maneuver through the defense. When Bar Savic came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Fiddown fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bar Savic couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Fiddown getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Bradagain Branson hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ballyconry's Baoithin Bayes got a free kick in the 17th minute. Fiddown's attentive Bealtaine McTom managed to snatch the ball when Brant Moran made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aodh McOliver in the 24th minute of play forced Ballyconry's goalkeeper Blathma Dimson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Brannen McWillie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter McPaul was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Peter McPaul showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braon McFrancise, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 32nd minute, Aodh McOliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torrans Delaney during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Balor Kelly's late challenge caught a Fiddown's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Balor Kelly helped the player get up and apologised. The throw-in from Brennen Moran in the 44th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Fiddown's Bealtaine McTom.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Braon McFrancise was the one to do the kick off. Barley McPaul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 59th minute Braon McFrancise shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter McPaul saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joseph Hunt hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Bealtaine McTom hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Bar Savic sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bar Savic fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blathma Dimson having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Ballyconry got a freekick which was hit by Teris Crowe. In the 80th minute Bradagain Branson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Blathma Dimson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 83rd match minute, Ballyconry was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dawayne Mulvihill to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ballyconry getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Brennen Moran hit a great ball.
