Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Killosseny AFC's Beartlai Caffey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Begg Gollogley in the 4th minute of play. Artem Bobrzhitskiy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Breadan Crowe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute, Breadan Crowe made a precise shot to the right of Artem Bobrzhitskiy. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Donncha McBrand sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, RAKOWIAK SALLINS's Begg Gollogley sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Beartlai Caffey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th match minute, RAKOWIAK SALLINS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lewy Cooney to maneuver through the defense. Donncha McBrand might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artem Bobrzhitskiy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Donncha McBrand ran back to his position shaking his head. Ryon McJohn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute Begg Gollogley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beartlai Caffey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Killosseny AFC's zone, Donncha Dalton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Beartlai Caffey came out of the goal and Donncha Dalton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Rorke Crowe kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Beartlai Caffey. That made the score 1-1 in the 37 minute of play. If Donncha McBrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rorke Crowe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Begg Gollogley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donncha McBrand kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Rorke Crowe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Beartlai Caffey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beartlai Caffey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donncha Dalton in the 60th minute of the match. Beartlai Caffey came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by RAKOWIAK SALLINS's Donncha Dalton. But to his dismay, Donncha Dalton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 66th minute, Rorke Crowe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Killosseny AFC's Beartlai Caffey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donncha Dalton in the 69th minute of play. 70 minutes into the game, Sean McLaughlin threw the ball into play from the sideline. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's Ryon McJohn quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's Artem Bobrzhitskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donncha McBrand in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Begg Gollogley in the 90th minute of play forced Killosseny AFC's goalkeeper Beartlai Caffey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Artem Bobrzhitskiy managed to avoid a goal in the 91stth minute, when Killosseny AFC's Breadan Crowe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ryon McJohn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Beartlai Caffey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Killosseny AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bren Kelly.
