Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Farrell Branson started the match with the kick off. After 10 played minutes Lynnbury got a freekick which was hit by Donn Dunne. Ryefield's Farrell Branson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Lynnbury. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dawayne Silke in the 13th minute of play forced Ryefield's goalkeeper Boyne McWill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Ryefield's Bevin McNamee got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Bartel Prunty ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Boyne McWill was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 24 minutes into the game, Petran Keegan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Ryefield's Bevin McNamee quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. A collision led to Ryefield getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Kevinn McDonald hit a great ball. In the 37th minute of the match Artuir McFrank sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boyne McWill skillfully saved the ball. Farrell Branson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boyne McWill didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bartel Prunty went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bartel Prunty to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Braoin Beckett had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Boyne McWill. Ryefield's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Braoin Beckett was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Dawayne Silke struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Boyne McWill didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lynnbury. The supporters of Lynnbury booed when Ryefield was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bannan Dillon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 64th minute, Bartel Prunty had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Kevinn McDonald charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kevinn McDonald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braoin Beckett in the 70th minute of play forced Ryefield's goalkeeper Boyne McWill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ryefield booed when Lynnbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petran Keegan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes Ryefield got a freekick which was hit by Bevin McNamee. Artuir McFrank, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Brion Quinnless during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 92 played minutes Ryefield got a freekick which was hit by Brion Quinnless.
