Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Killosseny AFC's Breadan Crowe in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballydonegan's goalie prevented a goal. Lee McBrand could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Beartlai Caffey made a huge save. Ryan Horgan kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Booak Martyn charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Booak Martyn the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ballydonegan getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Booak Martyn hit a great ball. Beartlai Caffey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lee McBrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Killosseny AFC's Breadan Crowe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Berkeley Delaney made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. A throw-in in the 23rd minute of the game was made by Briony Deery with Belock Rutherford as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After a rather tough play, Ballydonegan's Booak Martyn got a free kick in the 26th minute. Bren Kelly took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 27th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Berkeley Delaney. Ballydonegan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Breadan Crowe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Ballydonegan defense, Buach Doherty kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Berkeley Delaney. The Ballydonegan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Berkeley Delaney should have stopped the shot. Berkeley Delaney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breadan Crowe in the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Ballydonegan's goal looked a bit too open when Breadan Crowe came free, but Berkeley Delaney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Killosseny AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Lee McBrand scored to the left of an out of position Beartlai Caffey, making the score, 1-2. Breadan Crowe took the ball and in the 48 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Berkeley Delaney. Berkeley Delaney dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lee McBrand made a kick off. With a little luck, Ballydonegan's Berkeley Delaney got control of the ball when Breadan Crowe tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 58th play minute Breadan Crowe came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Berkeley Delaney. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lee McBrand in the 64th minute of play forced Killosseny AFC's goalkeeper Beartlai Caffey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Berrigan Gillmour kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Berkeley Delaney. That made the score 1-5 in the 71 minute of play. In the 76th minute, Breadan Crowe made a precise shot to the right of Berkeley Delaney. Ballydonegan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Ballydonegan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 79th minute, when Berrigan Gillmour scored to the left of an out of position Berkeley Delaney, making the score, 1-7. 82 minutes into the match, Breadan Crowe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berkeley Delaney. Ballydonegan's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Breadan Crowe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-8. After a defensive mix-up in Ballydonegan's zone, Donncha McBrand stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berkeley Delaney came out of the goal and Donncha McBrand tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ballydonegan getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Ryan Horgan hit a great ball. The Killosseny AFC fans' excitement grew in the 88th match minute when Killosseny AFC's Breadan Crowe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-9 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Berkeley Delaney successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 95 minutes into the match, Ballydonegan's goal looked a bit too open when Buach Doherty came free, but Berkeley Delaney reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Donncha McBrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berkeley Delaney made an important save on a dangerous shot by Breadan Crowe in the 98th minute.
