When Caherlea FC's Boyd Benson in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's goalie prevented a goal. In the 5th minute Quirk Duggan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gaynor McGlenn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Boyd Benson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gaynor McGlenn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's Berkley Kirby got a free kick in the 12th minute. Toran Branson struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Gaynor McGlenn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caherlea FC. TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's Gaynor McGlenn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boyd Benson in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's Bardan Morrison got a free kick in the 17th minute. After 19 minutes, Jack Cooney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caherlea FC and the TheLostChildrensOfBabylon players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gaynor McGlenn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boyd Benson in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute Scott Cronin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lou McJohnny saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Scott Cronin got free with Lou McJohnny in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's Donegan Harkin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lou McJohnny. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. The supporters of Caherlea FC booed when TheLostChildrensOfBabylon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keegan Willson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lou McJohnny was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Bardan Morrison capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bardan Morrison really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. TheLostChildrensOfBabylon were furious when Berkley Kirby was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Berkley Kirby kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Boyd Benson to strike the kick off in the second half. If Boyd Benson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Caherlea FC's Boyd Benson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gaynor McGlenn. That made the score 2-2 after 56 minutes of play. In the 61st minute, Boyd Benson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Quirk Duggan in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gaynor McGlenn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Gaynor McGlenn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jack Cooney in the 65th minute. Gaynor McGlenn was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Boyd Benson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-3 in the 67 minute of play. Donall Mullan kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Brendann John's late challenge caught a Caherlea FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The Gaynor McGlenn was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Quirk Duggan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Gaynor McGlenn made a huge save. Joseph Dimson hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, TheLostChildrensOfBabylon's Donegan Harkin got a free kick in the 97th minute.
