After 6 played minutes RAKOWIAK SALLINS got a freekick which was hit by Ryon McJohn. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Begg Gollogley took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Barclay Ferguson to make any attempt to save it. In the 26th match minute, Ballyboughal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fiachra McNamee to maneuver through the defense. Artem Bobrzhitskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brennen Moran in the 29th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Ballyboughal got a freekick which was hit by Darick Murphy. Ballyboughal's Barclay Ferguson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Ballyboughal from getting a goal against them. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Babe McFrancise in the 35th minute. Ryon McJohn made a great header on RAKOWIAK SALLINS's corner, it was just that Ballyboughal's Barclay Ferguson managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Rorke Crowe sped through Ballyboughal's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Barclay Ferguson. Barclay Ferguson made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Begg Gollogley sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brennen Moran to strike the kick off in the second half. Salmon McGlenn made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Brennen Moran however managed to control. After a defensive mix-up in RAKOWIAK SALLINS's zone, Brennen Moran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artem Bobrzhitskiy came out of the goal and Brennen Moran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brennen Moran kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, RAKOWIAK SALLINS's Begg Gollogley got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the game, Ballyboughal's Brennen Moran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Artem Bobrzhitskiy made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. If Donncha Dalton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donncha Dalton took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barclay Ferguson. Barclay Ferguson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Barclay Ferguson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Begg Gollogley in the 90th minute of play. Dennis McBrand hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. RAKOWIAK SALLINS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
