Milan Fighters's Bar Dempsey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donncha Dalton in the 4th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Milan Fighters's zone, Begg Gollogley stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bar Dempsey came out of the goal and Begg Gollogley tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bar Dempsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Begg Gollogley in the 10th minute of play. RAKOWIAK SALLINS were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Milan Fighters's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Babe McFrancise took the corner. The corner ended in Babe McFrancise almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Milan Fighters's Bar Dempsey did a great save. A collision led to Milan Fighters getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Clodoveo Castel hit a great ball. Bar Dempsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rorke Crowe in the 17th minute of the match. Bar Dempsey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donncha Dalton's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the last second Artem Bobrzhitskiy throw himself and got hold of the ball when Gearroid McJon in the 20thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 21st minute of the match Milan Fighters got a corner. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Espen Fjederholt ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 22 played minutes Milan Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Espen Fjederholt. Bar Dempsey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donncha Dalton in the 25th minute of the match. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Milan Fighters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Babe McFrancise was slow to take the kick. During this time RAKOWIAK SALLINS's players had a chance to rest. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's Ryon McJohn was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bar Dempsey in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Clodoveo Castel was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Babe McFrancise placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Bar Dempsey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donncha Dalton in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Begg Gollogley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bar Dempsey. Milan Fighters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Begg Gollogley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bar Dempsey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rorke Crowe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Milan Fighters defense, Donncha Dalton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bar Dempsey. The Milan Fighters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bar Dempsey should have stopped the shot. In the 45th minute, Brendan McSteve got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Rorke Crowe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rorke Crowe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half RAKOWIAK SALLINS were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rorke Crowe to make the kick off. Donncha Dalton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bar Dempsey having to interfere. In the 54th minute of the match, Rorke Crowe got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bar Dempsey was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Milan Fighters's Bar Dempsey got control of the ball when Donncha Dalton tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match RAKOWIAK SALLINS got a corner. Milan Fighters's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Babe McFrancise ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Milan Fighters's goalie and right to Donncha Dalton. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Milan Fighters's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 58th minute RAKOWIAK SALLINS were awarded a corner. Babe McFrancise went to the cornerflag to take it. Rorke Crowe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Bar Dempsey skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Milan Fighters's Bar Dempsey got control of the ball when Donncha Dalton tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 61st minute Ryon McJohn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bar Dempsey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Donncha Dalton came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the RAKOWIAK SALLINS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donncha Dalton couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, RAKOWIAK SALLINS's goal looked a bit too open when Boroimhe McSteven came free, but Artem Bobrzhitskiy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes Milan Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Espen Fjederholt. After 70 minutes, Donncha Dalton made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Milan Fighters's Bar Dempsey tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donncha Dalton in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bar Dempsey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bar Dempsey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donncha Dalton in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the match, RAKOWIAK SALLINS's Donncha Dalton sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bar Dempsey narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Begg Gollogley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donncha Dalton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bar Dempsey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rorke Crowe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bar Dempsey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Milan Fighters's zone, Donncha Dalton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bar Dempsey came out of the goal and Donncha Dalton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bar Dempsey was a little too slow when Rorke Crowe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 93rd minute. The score was now 0-4. An unexpected shot in the 96th minute by Rorke Crowe got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. RAKOWIAK SALLINS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
