Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonny Borrowdale started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Ozzy Strongman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dawcy and the Streatham United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ozzy Strongman hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Jonny Borrowdale's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but William Lister was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. William Lister took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonny Borrowdale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Crabtree got free with William Lister in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Dawcy booed when Streatham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonny Borrowdale didn't get a good kick on the ball. William Lister didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Crabtree went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Jonny Borrowdale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without William Lister having to interfere. If Jonny Borrowdale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Jonny Borrowdale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Streatham United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonny Borrowdale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Lister breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Julian Crabtree got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ozzy Strongman made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Streatham United's Julian Crabtree sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Lister narrowly saved just below the crossbar. William Lister made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Crabtree in the 55th minute of play. William Lister took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Crabtree, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dawcy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Dawcy:s William Lister showed great skill when he stopped Martyn Boulton:s penalty. In the 63rdth minute of the game Julian Crabtree who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dawcy's William Lister was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Dawcy booed when Streatham United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martyn Boulton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th match minute, Dawcy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozzy Strongman to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Dawcy defense, Julian Crabtree kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of William Lister. The Dawcy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that William Lister should have stopped the shot. Jonny Borrowdale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. William Lister tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Billie Barone managed to get in a good position for a shot. Streatham United's supporters rose to their feet, but Billie Barone was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. William Lister breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Streatham United booed when Dawcy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marc Boatman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 88 minutes, Jonny Borrowdale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Streatham United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonny Borrowdale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. William Lister stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Crabtree's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. William Lister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonny Borrowdale, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Billie Barone hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match.
