Shane Auty showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Ed Burrows took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shane Auty, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when George Slater got free with Ed Burrows in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by 潘烨文 in the 11th minute of play forced Chelsea AFC's goalkeeper Seb Hird to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seb Hird took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 潘烨文, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th match minute, Chelsea AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Philip Basham to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute, George Slater reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ed Burrows. The goal made the score 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Camberwell United's zone, George Slater stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ed Burrows came out of the goal and George Slater tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Camberwell United booed when Chelsea AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Basham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ed Burrows stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shane Auty's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Camberwell United's Ed Burrows proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Camberwell United from getting a goal against them. Camberwell United's Ed Burrows played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shane Auty in the 34th minute of play. If George Slater had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Shane Auty made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Camberwell United's zone, George Slater stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ed Burrows came out of the goal and George Slater tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Slater couldn't finish the play. Ed Burrows came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Chelsea AFC's George Slater. But to his dismay, George Slater quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Ed Burrows showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shane Auty, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. George Slater scored 5-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ed Burrows, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 贺振岩's late challenge caught a Chelsea AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 贺振岩 helped the player get up and apologised. 贺振岩 hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shane Auty in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ed Burrows prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that Chelsea AFC were the better team. Chelsea AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
