David Elding showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Carroll in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DONCASTER's Dean Gurney got a free kick in the 7th minute. Jefferson Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Elding having to interfere. Carl Hardcastle kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 17th minute of the match Ian Dudgeon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tyrone Delamore showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 19th minute, DONCASTER's Benjamin Carroll dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Keiran Lane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tyrone Delamore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miles Cusack in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Mauro Peter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of David Elding. Bromsgrove's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro Peter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 29 minutes into the match, DONCASTER's goal looked a bit too open when Miles Cusack came free, but Tyrone Delamore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tyrone Delamore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher Crooks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the DONCASTER defense, Miles Cusack kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tyrone Delamore. The DONCASTER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tyrone Delamore should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Doug Speight managed to get in a good position for a shot. DONCASTER's supporters rose to their feet, but Doug Speight was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. David Elding breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 44 played minutes DONCASTER got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Carroll. Miles Cusack recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 45 played minutes DONCASTER got a freekick which was hit by Jefferson Lopez. Tyrone Delamore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miles Cusack, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miles Cusack to strike the kick off in the second half. Tyrone Delamore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miles Cusack in the 56th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Miles Cusack dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tyrone Delamore, 2-2. In the 63rd minute, DONCASTER's Tymoteusz Puzio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tymoteusz Puzio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DONCASTER protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tymoteusz Puzio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 63rd minute of the game. One of DONCASTER:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bromsgrove:s goal. Ian Dudgeon placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Keiran Lane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tyrone Delamore having to interfere. Jefferson Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Mauro Peter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DONCASTER fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Miles Cusack's late challenge caught a DONCASTER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miles Cusack helped the player get up and apologised. David Elding didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jefferson Lopez went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the match, DONCASTER's Benjamin Carroll sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that David Elding narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to DONCASTER getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Benjamin Carroll hit a great ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bromsgrove players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for DONCASTER.
