Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kimberley Forest's Vernon Hopker started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Max Slator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ty Bray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th match minute, Kimberley Forest was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andre Bale to maneuver through the defense. Max Slator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ty Bray, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Kimberley Forest's goal looked a bit too open when Ty Bray came free, but Max Slator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Vernon Hopker notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Spaxton's John-Paul Blake. John-Paul Blake was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Johnnie Sheene could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Max Slator made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Dominic Hargreaves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Max Slator was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Johnnie Sheene could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Max Slator however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Kimberley Forest's Matt Jepson got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 47 minutes into the match, Kimberley Forest's goalkeeper Max Slator had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dominic Hargreaves. After the first half Kimberley Forest were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ty Bray to strike the kick off in the second half. Max Slator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ty Bray in the 51st minute of the match. Vernon Hopker had several of the Spaxton's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 53 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed John-Paul Blake as he didn't even see the shot coming. Kimberley Forest's Max Slator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ty Bray in the 58th minute of play. Ty Bray struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Max Slator didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spaxton. Kimberley Forest's Max Slator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnnie Sheene in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johnnie Sheene in the 63rd minute of play forced Kimberley Forest's goalkeeper Max Slator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Max Slator didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Buster Hales went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Max Slator came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Spaxton's Ty Bray. But to his dismay, Ty Bray quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Andre Bale struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. John-Paul Blake didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kimberley Forest. Matt Jepson hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Kimberley Forest's goal looked a bit too open when Buster Hales came free, but Max Slator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Spaxton's goalkeeper John-Paul Blake, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kimberley Forest's Max Slator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnnie Sheene in the 94th minute of play. Spaxton were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
