Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gregory Sansom took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Laurence Foreman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nathanial Froggatt was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Dean Emmerson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ruislip Manor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bury St Edmunds City the free kick. A collision led to Ruislip Manor getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Dean Emmerson hit a great ball. Russell Norfolk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregory Sansom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conan Waltham kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The long shot by Steven Westlake in the 14th minute really tested Russell Norfolk's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Nathanial Froggatt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Glenn Gamble, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ruben Chapman hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Glenn Gamble might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nathanial Froggatt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Glenn Gamble ran back to his position shaking his head. When Pierce Askew came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Bury St Edmunds City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pierce Askew couldn't finish the play. After 31 played minutes Ruislip Manor got a freekick which was hit by James Warne. Nathanial Froggatt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dean Emmerson, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Glenn Gamble recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laurence Foreman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nathanial Froggatt having to interfere. Ruben Chapman kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 44 minutes, Glenn Gamble put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nathanial Froggatt. James Warne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Nathanial Froggatt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bury St Edmunds City players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ruislip Manor were winning 0-3.

A collision led to Ruislip Manor getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Charles Gerrard hit a great ball. Nathanial Froggatt made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laurence Foreman in the 64th minute. Bury St Edmunds City's Nathanial Froggatt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Bury St Edmunds City from getting a goal against them. Russell Norfolk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierce Askew in the 74th minute of the match. If Pierce Askew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Junior Newton hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Pierce Askew might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Russell Norfolk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pierce Askew ran back to his position shaking his head. Laurence Foreman took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nathanial Froggatt. Nathanial Froggatt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Nathanial Froggatt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glenn Gamble in the 88th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Conan Waltham managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ruislip Manor's supporters rose to their feet, but Conan Waltham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nathanial Froggatt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Bury St Edmunds City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ruislip Manor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
