Tom Sparkes kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Sutton in Ashfield's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Norton came free, but Shawn Wilberforce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tom Sparkes took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Langsford. Aaron Langsford dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Shawn Wilberforce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Norton in the 25th minute of the match. Colin Oldham hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Aaron Langsford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Sparkes in the 29th minute of play. Shawn Wilberforce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Norton in the 32nd minute of play. Shawn Wilberforce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Laurence Reeve in the 34th minute. Tom Sparkes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Phil Hazell didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurence Reeve recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind West Wickham FC's goalkeeper Aaron Langsford, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, West Wickham FC's Phil Lomas got a free kick in the 78th minute. 81 minutes into the game, Phil Lomas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. West Wickham FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sutton in Ashfield the free kick. With a little luck, West Wickham FC's Aaron Langsford got control of the ball when Greg Hepburn tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 91 minutes of play Sutton in Ashfield's Phil Hazell was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Sutton in Ashfield's Phil Hazell got a free kick in the 91st minute. Greg Hepburn in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal.
