Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Quentin Hibbert took the kick off in the first half of the match. Barry Addison sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Quentin Hibbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Multiverse's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Stu Sutcliffe scored to the left of an out of position Glyn Nethercott, making the score, 1-0. A collision led to Golcar getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Felix Chegwyn hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Stu Sutcliffe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Barry Addison shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jake Walmsley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Golcar's Jake Walmsley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barry Addison in the 23rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Quentin Hibbert managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Multiverse's supporters rose to their feet, but Quentin Hibbert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jake Walmsley breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Golcar getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Johnathan Butterworth hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Golcar's Stu Sutcliffe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Glyn Nethercott. That made the score 2-0 after 35 minutes of play. 40 minutes into the match, Quentin Hibbert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jake Walmsley. Golcar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Quentin Hibbert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Brian Lindley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jake Walmsley having to interfere. In the 46th minute Lewis Teague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glyn Nethercott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quentin Hibbert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jake Walmsley tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lewis Teague made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Lewis Teague shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Glyn Nethercott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jake Walmsley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quentin Hibbert, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. If Rueben Partridge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Brian Lindley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Barry Addison came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the FC Multiverse fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Barry Addison couldn't finish the play. Jake Walmsley made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Barry Addison sent off a good shot on target. If Quentin Hibbert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 70thth minute of the game Quentin Hibbert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Golcar's Jake Walmsley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Brian Lindley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Multiverse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brian Lindley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Quentin Hibbert blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jake Walmsley having to make a save. In the 84th match minute, Golcar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Devon Welch to maneuver through the defense. Jake Walmsley made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Alastair Boatman sent off a good shot on target. Brian Lindley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcus Morcom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew the final whistle, Golcar could leave the field as winners, despite FC Multiverse having more of the ball for most of the match.
