Ty Wicks was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iain Summerfield recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Ivor West's late challenge caught a Stratford FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivor West helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stratford FC booed when LIVERPOOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivor West didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ty Wicks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Morris, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charlie Morris was the one to do the kick off. Ty Wicks made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Charlie Morris sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute, Sol West hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iain Summerfield recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 81 minutes into the match, LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Ty Wicks had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jamie Banim. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charlie Morris in the 82nd minute of play forced LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Ty Wicks to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ty Wicks was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teddy Leeson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 83 minute of play.
