K.S Unia Leszno's Phil Champion got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, Stockbridge's Lloyd Hinchcliffe threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robert Neville, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Graham Illingworth kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 minutes Stockbridge's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ronnie Bamford who took care of the corner kick. Ronnie Bamford made a great header on K.S Unia Leszno's corner, it was just that Stockbridge's Julian East managed to reach the ball for a save. When Ronnie Bamford fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored K.S Unia Leszno's protests and gave Ronnie Bamford a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Stockbridge booed when K.S Unia Leszno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ronnie Bamford didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julian East showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Graham Leonard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Neville was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Stockbridge's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. A collision led to Stockbridge getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Graham Illingworth hit a great ball. 91 minutes in the game, Zak Flemming dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. The K.S Unia Leszno support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
