Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rory Bambrook made the kick off and thus started the match. Martyn Moon who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Casey Porter when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 5 played minutes Rory Bambrook rounded Stowmarket's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. In the 8th minute, Zack Talbot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casey Porter made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Martyn Moon sent off a good shot on target. Rory Bambrook received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Casey Porter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Casey Porter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rory Bambrook, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Casey Porter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rory Bambrook in the 17th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Martyn Moon got free with Casey Porter in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Casey Porter was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Barry Marsden. Martyn Moon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casey Porter having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Rory Bambrook took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Casey Porter to make any attempt to save it. The attack was good, but when Rory Bambrook in the 38th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Martyn Moon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th minute, Curtis Blewett made a precise shot to the right of Louie Burrows. FC Truckers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 53rd match minute, Stowmarket was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfred Coulson to maneuver through the defense. Rory Bambrook sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
