Spectators: 6690 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1690, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rodd Lonsdale took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Assassins FC's Phillip Barber got control of the ball when Benji Gill tried to sneak it across the goal line. Phillip Barber stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodd Lonsdale's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute of the match Sonny Sollit sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Liam Child skillfully saved the ball. Benji Gill's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Phillip Barber read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Jermaine Bonham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liam Child didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrew Clayton went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 36th minute of the game, Daryl Ellison landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 36 minutes, Matthew Dawson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Assassins FC and the Beckermet players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th match minute, Assassins FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew Dawson to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Beckermet's Benji Gill fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Benji Gill recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Andrew Clayton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Assassins FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrew Clayton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andrew Clayton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Assassins FC's zone, Benji Gill stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phillip Barber came out of the goal and Benji Gill tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 63 minutes into the match, Beckermet's goalkeeper Liam Child had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jermaine Bonham. In the 67th minute, Benji Gill left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Beckermet fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benji Gill in the 70th minute of play forced Assassins FC's goalkeeper Phillip Barber to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camron Straker charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camron Straker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 71 played minutes Assassins FC got a freekick which was hit by Camron Straker. Lee Lobb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Phillip Barber having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Assassins FC's zone, Benji Gill stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Phillip Barber came out of the goal and Benji Gill tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andrew Clayton in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Liam Child saved Beckermet from getting behind. The supporters of Assassins FC booed when Beckermet was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Ball didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liam Child was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Andrew Clayton showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 91 minute of play. Chants of Assassins FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Beckermet had held the ball for most of the match.
