Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Michael Lightfoot made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Francis House's goal looked a bit too open when Brynn Pitman came free, but Sebastian Lane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Francis House booed when Ludlow was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rupert Batty didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michael Lightfoot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Zak McGrath tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jake Ellerby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Kurt Denham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Francis House's Michael Lightfoot in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ludlow's goalie prevented a goal. Brynn Pitman might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Lane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brynn Pitman ran back to his position shaking his head. 19 minutes into the match, Kurt Denham notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Francis House's Sebastian Lane. Sebastian Lane was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Cody Mulligan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zak McGrath was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Jake Ellerby fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zak McGrath having to interfere. When Michael Lightfoot, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 34 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Zak McGrath was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Jake Ellerby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zak McGrath took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Lightfoot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Michael Lightfoot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zak McGrath stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Lightfoot's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Olly Niven charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olly Niven the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brynn Pitman to make the kick off. Jake Ellerby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jake Ellerby who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Zak McGrath when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 67 minutes into the game, Michael Lightfoot recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zak McGrath. Michael Lightfoot showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. After 71 played minutes, Francis House's Walter Willets shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zak McGrath came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Francis House reached it. If Jake Ellerby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Zak McGrath managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Francis House's Jake Ellerby fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Zak McGrath stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Michael Lightfoot's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Denis Doyle's late challenge caught a Ludlow's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Denis Doyle helped the player get up and apologised. When Cody Mulligan fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Francis House's protests and gave Cody Mulligan a yellow card for diving instead. Cody Mulligan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Jake Ellerby did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Zak McGrath 93 minutes into the match. In the 97th match minute, Ludlow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olly Niven to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded Francis House left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ludlow.
