Spectators: 5010 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 10) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paddy Hamilton took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rex Slator scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Garth Land, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ged Bedford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seth Bridgeworth in the 7th minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Brooklyn Bridge FC's goalkeeper Garth Land had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rex Slator. In the 13th match minute, Galatasaray F.K. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paddy Draper to maneuver through the defense. Brooklyn Bridge FC's Byron Wardman couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 13th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Galatasaray F.K.. Galatasaray F.K.'s Rex Slator got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Seth Bridgeworth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Paddy Hamilton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 25 minutes of play, Brooklyn Bridge FC's Seth Bridgeworth made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ged Bedford was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seth Bridgeworth kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Garth Land stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tris Forrest's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. When Rex Slator came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Galatasaray F.K. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rex Slator couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Galatasaray F.K. getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Paddy Draper hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tris Forrest stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ged Bedford made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Seth Bridgeworth in the 57th minute of play. Rex Slator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Garth Land having to interfere. Paddy Hamilton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 67 played minutes Galatasaray F.K. got a freekick which was hit by Paddy Draper. 71 minutes into the match, Galatasaray F.K.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paddy Hamilton came free, but Ged Bedford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rex Slator struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Garth Land didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galatasaray F.K.. Tris Forrest received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Garth Land tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Seth Bridgeworth spun around in front of the goal 88 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Galatasaray F.K.'s goal. 95 minutes into the match, Galatasaray F.K.'s goal looked a bit too open when Paddy Hamilton came free, but Ged Bedford reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Galatasaray F.K.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
