The referee ignored Selsey AFC's protests and gave Gav Markham a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Wroughton City booed when Selsey AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gav Markham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dion Clough fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wes Kessler having to interfere. Dion Clough sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wes Kessler didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dion Clough went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 98th minute, Dion Clough ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wes Kessler was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the final whistle sounded Wroughton City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Selsey AFC.
