Spike Sinclair made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Keith Bray made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anton Vennerström in the 17th minute. With his leg Keith Bray managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Kosovo's Anton Vennerström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Pedro Waterhouse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Keith Bray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Spike Sinclair showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piers McCunnie, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Anton Vennerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Keith Bray tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute Pedro Waterhouse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keith Bray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Charlie Watts made the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Kosovo got a freekick which was hit by Jadon Sancho. Anton Vennerström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Wythenshaw AFC defense, Anton Vennerström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Keith Bray. The Wythenshaw AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Keith Bray should have stopped the shot. Tod Blacknell scored 3-2 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Spike Sinclair, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Keith Bray showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anton Vennerström, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Anton Vennerström cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Keith Bray was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Pedro Waterhouse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Hendley kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute Anton Vennerström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keith Bray saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 95th minute, Piers McCunnie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kosovo's Anton Vennerström managed to work through Wythenshaw AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Anton Vennerström dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kosovo fully deserved thier win.
