The audience thought a goal was coming when Niall Blakeley got free with Tommy Speight in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Max Granger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Bentham, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Stefan Cheeseman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Max Granger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Max Granger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Cheeseman in the 10th minute of the match. Max Granger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stefan Cheeseman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Stefan Cheeseman notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AFC Bocklingpastejsmorgas's Max Granger. Max Granger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 29 minutes, Pedro Ellerby managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC Bocklingpastejsmorgas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Ellerby was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niall Blakeley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Tommy Speight tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 minutes of play, AFC Bocklingpastejsmorgas's Niall Blakeley made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Speight was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paul Bentham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Niall Blakeley was the one to do the kick off. If Stefan Cheeseman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billy Oliver charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Billy Oliver the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, Billy Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Niall Blakeley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Speight. Wroxham AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niall Blakeley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Daryl Bevan hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 67th minute Niall Blakeley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Speight saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFC Bocklingpastejsmorgas were awarded a corner in the 73th minute after Wroxham AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Billy Oliver took the corner. Billy Oliver made a great header on AFC Bocklingpastejsmorgas's corner, it was just that Wroxham AFC's Tommy Speight managed to reach the ball for a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niall Blakeley in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tommy Speight prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niall Blakeley struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Tommy Speight didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFC Bocklingpastejsmorgas. If Niall Blakeley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niall Blakeley took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tommy Speight. Tommy Speight dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Stefan Cheesemans short, quick shot in the 93rdth minute got Max Granger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 96 played minutes AFC Bocklingpastejsmorgas got a freekick which was hit by Russ Weir. 98 minutes in the game Syd Warburton after having made a beautiful turn got a great opportunity to score and fired away a shot that went just to the left past a relieved Max Granger. A very good opportunity. Wroxham AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
