Tod Senior came out of the goal and Stu Fleetham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kimpton's Pete Machin got a free kick in the 10th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Dolton AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Brett Kent came free, but Tod Senior reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 15 played minutes Kimpton got a freekick which was hit by John Paul Hargreaves. In the 18th minute, Stu Fleetham fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Tod Senior didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Kimpton's Brett Kent shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Tod Senior successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Kimpton booed when Dolton AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marlon Winter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tod Senior took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stu Fleetham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Stu Fleetham made a precise shot to the right of Tod Senior. Dolton AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 34th match minute, Dolton AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marlon Winter to maneuver through the defense. Stu Fleetham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brett Kent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Loyd Porter's late challenge caught a Kimpton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Loyd Porter helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Loyd Porter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Pete Machin in the 47th minute really tested Tod Senior's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brett Kent to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Pete Machin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kimpton's supporters rose to their feet, but Pete Machin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tod Senior breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stu Fleetham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. The tension between the Dolton AFC and the Kimpton players grew even worse after the yellow card. 75 minutes into the game, Kimpton's Brett Kent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tod Senior made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Marlon Winter kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Tod Senior showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brett Kent, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kimpton fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Krzysztof Skwira, was totally fooled by Dolton AFC's William Barber, who 84 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Pete Machin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stu Fleetham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
