A collision led to Otterham City getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Freddie Fletcher hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the match, Skegby FC's Jordan Lampard sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dylan McMahon narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dom Harrad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Dylan McMahon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Freddie Fletcher during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Freddie Fletcher kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Jordan Lampard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skegby FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jordan Lampard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dylan McMahon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dom Hicks's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronnie Perryman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Skegby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Keith Garlick to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th of the match, Dom Harrad tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Dylan McMahon got in the way and made a wonderful save. After 30 minutes, Tony Devine mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skegby FC and the Otterham City players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 30 played minutes Skegby FC got a freekick which was hit by Tony Devine. In the 37thth minute of the game Robin Eagles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skegby FC's Ronnie Perryman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dom Harrad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan McMahon having to interfere. Dom Harrad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Dylan McMahon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robin Eagles was the one to do the kick off. During the 51st minute of the match Freddie Fletcher completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Freddie Fletcher a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Freddie Fletcher kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Vernon Bannatyne shot a long shot in the 53rd minute and a light blocked Dylan McMahon hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 1-0. In the 58th minute of the match, Jacob Elam tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ronnie Perryman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 60th minute of the match Andre Lockwood shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ronnie Perryman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dom Hicks took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ronnie Perryman. Ronnie Perryman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 66 minutes into the match, Otterham City's goal looked a bit too open when Dom Harrad came free, but Dylan McMahon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jordan Lampard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Dylan McMahon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 69th minute of the game. One of Otterham City:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skegby FC:s goal. In the 71st minute there was a penalty for Skegby FC. Vernon Bannatyne stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dylan McMahon. 2-1. Jordan Lampard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dylan McMahon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Dom Hicks reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ronnie Perryman. The goal made the score 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jordan Lampard in the 83rd minute of play forced Otterham City's goalkeeper Dylan McMahon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Skegby FC's goalkeeper Ronnie Perryman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dom Hicks. Sean Foster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Dylan McMahon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacob Elam's late challenge caught a Skegby FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacob Elam helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, Otterham City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacob Elam to maneuver through the defense.
